RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NVSN is not responsible for shipping, handling, or additional charges for returned items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Please note: shipping and handling costs will not be refunded for returns and/or exchanges.
- Contact the NVSN Customer Service Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know you'd like to return your item (include your Order # as your Subject).
- Pack the item securely and send the return package to us with a pre-paid return label. Retain the tracking number for your records.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to be delivered to us and for your refund to be processed. We will send a confirmation email when we have received the package and your refund will be issued shortly after.
- Place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange for the item(s) you previously purchased. You will be charged in full for your new order.
- Follow the steps above to Return the item you do not wish to keep. Your refund will be issued after these steps are complete.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, or have been shipped the incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com immediately for instructions on how to return the item to us.
