    The Help Line will offer information about counselling services and other supports closest to you. They will also listen, offer support and provide strategies to help you meet your goals. They can also provide you with basic education about mental illness.

    Mobyss is a Mobile clinic that travels to different areas in York Region and provides youth in need with free Mental Health Care (12-25 years). The health care team consists of a Nurse Practitioner, specialized youth mental health worker, and a peer support specialist.

    Free, 24 hour, and completely confidential phone counselling and referral service for children and youth. Trained professionals will provide counsel and non-judgmental support for you at all times of the day.

    PsychotherapMatters.com provides free access to a list of therapists and mental health professionals in Ontario. They also have therapists with access to the Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic, where providers collaborate to get the best care for their clients cirtually.


    Mood Disorders Canada offers free support programs to people across Ontario, and their families, who are living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.

    A team of professional counselling staff is trained to offer Walk-In services to clients who have an urgent need to speak with a counsellor. The single-session consultation is aimed at helping clients identify and hone-in on plans that will provide them with help for their presenting concern.

    North Office on Thursdays. Registration is between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m // 5799 Yonge Street, Ste. 300, Toronto
