Our website accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

How do I get in touch with customer service?
Our customer service team can be reached via e-mail at hello@nvsn.ca. Alternatively, you can send us a message via Instagram. We strive to reply to all questions and inquiries within 12 hours. 

What shipping method does NVSN use?
NVSN uses Purolator to ship out all orders. Each package will have a corresponding tracking number (Canada & USA) that can be traced through the Purolator website (www.purolator.com).

Shipping Rates:

  • Within Ontario: F R E E
  • Rest of Canada: $5
  • United States: $20

Where does NVSN ship to?
NVSN currently ships within Canada and USA from Toronto, Ontario. The average delivery times are as follows:

Within Canada: 3 - 5 business days
United States: 4 - 7 business days

Shipments destined for USA may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive. Please note that NVSN Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that are levied by the destination country.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original transaction date. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.

Where does NVSN allocate the $4 from each sale?
