I know that it's a crazy world and that everyone has a lot going on. Sometimes I just feel alone because my anxiety acts like a warm blanket on top of all of my stress; holding me in.

    Dear Contributor,

    Thank you so much for your contribution to the NVSN Journal. The first step in almost every situation is acceptance. We think it’s great that you’ve taken the time to acknowledge what you’re going through and acknowledge the ways it has affected you. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon to feel alone at a time like this because a) No one understands what you’re going through, b) Even if they did, it’s hard to put into words exactly what you’re feeling, and c) It may feel like a burden to put this on others.

    However, we’re here to remind you to ignore those “reasons”. Ignore every single one of them. The best we can do is try, try and try again. Let’s try to have faith in those around us. Let’s try our best to have faith in ourselves. Let’s try to remind ourselves that we deserve to be supported and we deserve to not feel alone.

    We believe in you.
